It’s a fun night out this fall! There are a few jump-scares. But don’t worry, you’ll be able to handle it. This event is recommended for guests 13 and up.
Happy Frights® or Haunting Nights®: Which one should I attend?
Happy Frights® is an all-ages, family-friendly trick-or-treat adventure through immersive worlds. Haunting Nights® is an artful, elevated Halloween event with a few thrilling surprises. We think Haunting Nights® has just the right amount of thrill for anyone 13 and up. Haunting Nights® isn’t gory and bloody. Rather, you’ll encounter several characters throughout the journey that will provide a heightened level of thrill that may cause your heart to race just a little bit. It’s not a continual onslaught of fear, but there is no doubt you will encounter some moments that might result in an elevated heart-rate.
Both Happy Frights® and Haunting Nights® will be a fun night out, but if you’re coming with a group that doesn’t have kids under 13, we encourage you to join us during the second half of the night for Haunting Nights®. You may let out a few squeals during your visit. But we think they’ll be followed by smiles and an appreciative laugh of relief.

Will there be strobe lights?
The event will feature many strong lighting effects, some of which may flicker or strobe.
Will there be food or beverages available for purchase?
Yes, there will be a selection of food and beverage options available for purchase at the event. NO CASH SALES. No outside food or beverage is permitted at the venue.

Is this event kid friendly?
Happy Frights® is recommended for guests of all ages. Haunting Frights® is recommended for guests ages 13 and up. But if you have brave ones younger than 13 and think they can handle some scares, you’re welcome to try!
Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not permitted at Happy Frights® & Haunting Nights®. Designated service animals are allowed. Service animal means an animal that is trained to do work or perform tasks for, and to assist, an individual with a disability. All other animals, including emotional support, comfort or companion animals are not considered service animals. Service animals should remain on a leash or in a harness and under the control of the owner at all times.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at the venue 30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. If you are parking offsite, please arrive at the offsite lot 45 minutes prior to your scheduled start time to park and ride the shuttle to the venue. This is to ensure you have enough time to check-in before entering the experience.
What happens if I arrive late?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee entry for late arrivals. Please arrive with plenty of time to park and check in for the event. Refunds will not be granted for late arrivals. The doors close for Happy Frights® at 7:25 PM. This is to enable the many backstage costume changes and technical changes necessary to produce Haunting Nights®. Please be on time as there are NO REFUNDS for late arrivals.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes.
Are costumes permitted?
Attendees in costume must adhere to the following guidelines:
Costumes must be family-friendly and may not be obstructive, offensive, objectionable, or violent
Costume masks are NOT permitted
Costumes should not drag on the ground
Costumes should not contain sharp objects, pointed objects, or materials that may accidentally strike another guest
Props and other handheld items are not permitted
No weapons or items that resemble, can be used as, or could easily be mistaken for, an actual weapon are permitted (No swords, firearms, projectiles, or arrows will be allowed)
Guests who do not adhere to these guidelines may be refused entry into the event unless his or her costume can be modified to meet the above standards. The appropriateness of the guests costume will be determined by Event Staff in its sole discretion.

How much do tickets cost?
General Admission: $25 & up plus fees & taxes(Children under 3 are free.)
On-site Parking Pass: $15 plus fees & taxes
Valet Parking Pass: $30 plus fees & taxes
There is a group rate discount of 10% off of tickets for groups with 10 or more guests. These tickets will need to be purchased all together to receive the discount. Minimum purchase of 10 tickets required to receive a discount.
I can’t find my tickets!
Please check your spam folder or the Fever app, if you still have trouble finding it please fill out the Happy Frights & Haunting Nights® here. You may also arrive early to your ticket date & time slot and our staff will be able to look up your information and check you in on site.
Do I need to print my tickets?
No, we’ll scan your tickets from your device’s email or the Fever app available for download.
What is your refund policy?
No refunds are available for Happy Frights or Haunting Nights®, this includes unused tickets along with cases of COVID-19 and other illnesses. Guests are allowed to sell or gift their tickets to friends, family or acquaintances if they find they cannot attend their scheduled show. If you do not show up or you show up late, you will not receive a refund and will not be able to reschedule your ticket(s).
Can I reschedule my ticket?
Tickets will not be rescheduled unless the event is canceled, however Fever support will issue a voucher for a future purchase with the Memoir Agency or any other event on Fever. If you would like a voucher, please fill out the Happy Frights & Haunting Nights® support form HERE.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Tickets can be transferred up to 24 hours in advance of your showtime. Guests are also able to transfer their tickets to someone else or forward the scan code for someone to use on their behalf.
Can I buy my ticket at the door?
Tickets are available for purchase online only. No tickets will be sold on site.
Can I change the date and time of individual tickets?
Tickets cannot be changed once purchased, however 24 hours in advance, Fever support may issue a voucher for a future purchase with the Memoir Agency or any other event on Fever. If you would like a voucher, please fill out the Happy Frights & Haunting Nights® support form HERE.
I am unwell and unable to attend - can I move my ticket to another. date or obtain a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets cannot be changed once purchased, however Fever support will issue a voucher for a future purchase with the Memoir Agency or any other event on Fever. If you would like a voucher, please fill out the Happy Frights & Haunting Nights® support form HERE.
What if it rains?
Happy Frights® & Haunting Nights® will take place rain or shine except in the case of extreme weather conditions. Please check current weather conditions prior to your visit and dress appropriately. If conditions force a cancellation of the event, ticket-holders will be notified via email the day of their event along with instructions for rescheduling. Reschedules are prohibited if a guest decides not to attend the event due to the weather if the event remains open.
Is parking available?
Valet Parking - To use valet parking at Leu Gardens, guest must purchase a valet parking pass here. Valet parking passes cost $30 (plus fees & taxes) and are only available for purchase online.
On-site Parking - To park on-site at Leu Gardens, guests must purchase an on-site parking pass. On-site parking passes cost $15.00 (plus fees & taxes) and are only available for purchase online here On-site parking is limited and guests who do not purchase an on-site parking pass must park at the off-site parking location.
Free Off-Site Parking will be located at: Audubon Park K-8 Elementary School 1500 Falcon Drive, Orlando FL 32803
Off-site parking is free and will include complimentary shuttle service to and from Leu Gardens. Please arrive at the parking lot 45 minutes before your listed time to ensure enough travel time from the off-site parking area to Leu Gardens for your Happy Frights® & Haunting Nights® entry time.
Forgot to add parking? If you already purchased tickets, but need an on-site parking pass, go here for Happy Frights® or here for Haunting Nights - select the date and time you have purchased tickets for, once the ticket types appear you will simply select the "On-site Parking Pass" (if availability allows) and continue through the checkout process.
Accessible Parking: There are a limited amount of complimentary accessibility parking spaces that will be provided on a first come, first serve basis for vehicles with valid disability parking permits. If you have a valid disability parking pass, please arrive at Happy Frights &Haunting Nights® with your valid pass in your window for on-site complimentary parking.
Is there a Lyft/Uber drop off location?
The drop off/pick up location will be in front of the Welcome Center at Leu Gardens.
What are your health and safety guidelines?
Please do not attend if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms. Guests are able to give or sell their tickets to friends, family or acquaintances if they are not able to attend their scheduled show. Tickets are non-refundable and all sales are final.
Happy Frights & Haunting Nights® are night time walking experiences through Harry. P Leu Gardens. Attendees are urged to wear proper footwear and remain attentive of the ground conditions and their surroundings at all times as they enjoy their walk through the event. Guests are encouraged to use flashlights (e.g. mobile phone flashlights or handheld flashlights) while experiencing Happy Frights or Haunting Nights for way-finding, if needed. If you have any concerns or need assistance at any time, please speak to a nearby staff person.
What should I wear?
Please dress appropriately and according to the weather. The event takes place at an outdoor botanical garden, where the ground and pathways are narrow or uneven in some places. We strongly recommend you are outfitted for light outdoor activity. We recommend comfortable walking shoes as some of the displays may be off the walking path.
Is food and beverage permitted?
Guests may not bring outside food and beverage to Happy Frights & Haunting Nights®. We will have food and beverage options available for purchase at select locations throughout the event, however there are NO CASH SALES!
Is the venue accessible with a walker and/or wheelchair?
Leu Gardens is an accessible facility. However, please be advised that there may be areas of the event in unpaved and/or grassy areas, as well as various ramps throughout the event path. Complimentary wheelchairs are available in the Leu Gardens Welcome Center on a first-come, first-serve basis. Wheelchairs cannot be reserved.
Do you have wheelchairs available?
Leu Gardens will have a limited quantity of wheelchairs available for free on a first-come, first-serve basis. Reservations are unavailable.

Can I propose at the event?
Absolutely! You’re more than welcome to propose at Happy Frights or Haunting Nights. As honored as we are to be a part of your special night, we unfortunately prohibit props, other items and anything that will affect other guest's experience as well. You are allowed to hire a photographer, however they will also be required to have a ticket for entry and will not be allowed to bring additional equipment other than a hand held camera.
Can I take photos or video?
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Yes, absolutely! Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted. Please be sure to use the tag #memoiragency. By attending Happy Frights® or Haunting Nights®, you consent to photography, audio, and video recording by Creative City and Memoir Agency. These recordings are the sole property of Creative City and Memoir Agency, and may be used for any purpose without compensation..
